DTCM Awards Night
Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) together with CSC celebrated the awards night for being chosen as one of the best customer service in the UAE. DTCM serves as the principal authority for the planning, supervision, development and marketing of tourism in Dubai. The said awards night were attended by both CSC and DTCM employees and had an advantage to meet and bond to each other. City Services Consultancy’s CEO, Mr. Ibrahim Ayyoub started the event with his speech recognizing efforts and hard work of each employees. Call center agents also received their awards together with their supervisor.
It is known that DTCM plays a big role for UAE’s project planning and support towards tourism. The ties between the two organizations will remain strong and will establish excellent customer service experience across the UAE through the years.
