CSC acquired Global Village to provide call center services. As stated in their website, Global Village is Dubai’s leading family entertainment and cultural attraction with a unique shopping experience at 30 pavilions each representing a different country. It is said that Global Village’s visitor increases every year and it would be necessary for them to improve their services and facilities. This place is a seasonal cultural extravaganza that operates only with a number of months every year.
The agreement and contract signing of the two parties happened this month of September 2016. Call center is needed for this type of industry because tons of calls like inquiries and customer support is expected to be receive by Global Village during its operation. CSC is expected to provide modern equipment, technologies and other services that will be needed to accommodate and fulfill Global Village’s contact center needs.
